01
How it started
Brief
The client needed to launch a school well-being platform: a 0-to-1 build with no existing system, process, or design language to build on.
What it's supposed to do
Help educators track, understand, and support student welfare through structured check-ins and real-time insights. Serving three distinct user types: students, educators, and school admins.
Why it was hard
The brief was ambiguous from the start, with stakeholder misalignment between school administrators and the students they were trying to serve. The team operated fully remotely, coordinating across Indonesia and UAE, with no established product or design process in place.
02
Paska’s Role
Sole PM and designer from start to handoff
Ran user research to understand what educators, admins, and students each actually needed
Defined the full product scope and all three user flows with no prior system to reference
Coordinated the team remotely across Indonesia and UAE for the full duration of the project
Owned the question bank logic, wellness scoring, and design across all three user types
03
Results
Delivered all three user flows (student, educator, admin) in 3 months, one month ahead of the original 4-month timeline
Only 4 bugs reported in the first month post-launch, indicating a clear and comprehensive Technical Documentation for a 0-to-1 build
Reduced time from brainstorming to design handoff by owning research, design, and PM simultaneously
