How it started
Brief
The client needed a financial platform designed from scratch, covering three separate modules: insurance, KYC, and payment gateway. Nothing existed before this project started.
What it's supposed to do
Give financial institutions one place to handle document verification, compliance checks, and payment flows. Built to work across different financial products without rebuilding from scratch each time.
Why it was hard
Three modules, each with different rules and legal requirements, had to look and work consistently under one product. Scope was wide, timeline was tight, and the work had to hold up to financial regulation standards.
Risk
The project is currently paused due to regulatory and integration issues that came up before development started. All designs and technical documentation are finished and ready when the project resumes.
