How it started
Brief
The client needed their old performance tracking tool redesigned to feel more like a game and less like a spreadsheet. This was Paska's first product ownership role alongside design.
What it's supposed to do
Turn workplace KPIs into a live game: employees earn points, climb leaderboards, complete challenges, and unlock rewards based on their actual performance data.
Why it was hard
The existing product was built around rigid, data-heavy tracking. Making it feel genuinely fun without losing the accuracy of the data was a real tension. Paska was also stepping into product ownership for the first time, managing scope and priorities on top of design.
